Few words about our honourable Gulahane Sir -

It was 1977 -78. We had joined college for our commerce education. We found subject Accountancy very difficult for us to understand. We, the group of few students decided to join some coaching class. We met a very young, energetic and talented teacher. He was Gulhane sir. We decided to join his coaching class.  At that time he had neither name nor fame. Our other friends suggested various other names for the tuitions. But we were highly impressed with the decency, personality and attitude of Gulhane sir. We finally joined him.

It was a small class room. He started teaching. Within a few days we found that the subject which was very difficult for us once upon a time, was infact very interesting and easy to understand. It was not our intellect, but his efforts and skills which made the subject very easy for us. He was very disciplined and punctual. He had a very impartial and friendly behavior with us . He was very sentimental and attached to his friends and family. Apart from the subject he taught, we learnt a lot of things.
Within a few years, he became the most popular teacher of commerce in Nagpur. He had to shift to a bigger class room. Now he is a well known teacher all over Vidarbha

A few months ago we decided to meet him. We never expected him to recognize us. However, when we visited his office, we found him busy with some administrative work. But when he came out with a smiling face, we were astonished to hear him call us by our first names and asking us about our present occupations and about our family. We truly admire his memory.

He is a Founder member of a very big Education society named ‘PRERNA EDUCATION SOCIETY’ from which thousands of students really take ‘Prerna’ for education and future life. In spite of his busy schedule, he is still working as a Vice Principal of Sindhu Mahavidayala, Nagpur. In his Educational society we observed the same discipline even today.

Now all of us are well settled and leading a peaceful social and family life. The credit of our success goes only to Dr. Gulhane, next to our parents.
